We want your FlexFit order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This policy explains how and when we ship. The timeframes below are good-faith estimates and may vary with courier performance, location and demand.
Free UAE delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout for UAE addresses.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered across the UAE within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your emirate and address. Deliveries to more remote areas may take a little longer. These windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address on your order (where available from the courier) so you can follow your package to your door. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam folder.
Delivery attempts and failed deliveries
Our courier will typically attempt delivery and may contact you to arrange a convenient time. If a delivery cannot be completed — for example if no one is available, the address is incomplete, or the courier cannot reach you — the package may be held for redelivery or returned to us. If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate details.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how returns and refunds work.
