These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlexFit online store at flexfitstore.com (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
FlexFit is a wellness brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and sell simple at-home recovery tools for people who spend long hours at a desk or on their phone, including the Desk-Neck Recovery Kit and companion products. In these Terms, “FlexFit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the FlexFit store; “you” and “your” refer to the customer.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we confirm the order and it is paid in full. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to verify payment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount you paid.
Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We advertise free standard delivery within the UAE; see our Shipping Policy for details. We may update prices and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; in the rare event of an obvious error, we may correct the price or cancel the order and refund you.
Payment
Payments are currently processed securely through our cryptocurrency payment processor. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and settled. We do not store your payment credentials on our servers. Products remain available subject to stock at the time payment is completed.
Delivery estimates and satisfaction guarantee
Delivery windows shown on the Store and in our Shipping Policy are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with courier performance and location. We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering.
Product use and no medical claims
FlexFit products are general wellness and comfort aids intended for everyday at-home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this Store is medical advice. If you have a health concern, a neck or spine condition, an injury, or you are pregnant, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Always follow the instructions provided with the product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store or our products, or from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Intellectual property
All content on the Store — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to FlexFit and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
